I have lived in Providence Villas (built by Sinacori Builders) for almost three months and I love my townhome. When I signed up for this place, it was move-in ready; however, I wanted additional things done. Connor from Sinacori ensured all of my demands were met. In addition, I wanted to close earlier than the proposed date and they accommodated my request. What I loved about this place was it was spacious, modern and it had storage. I looked at many townhouses and many of them didn’t have sufficient storage room. After moving in, there were things that needed addressed. Tom Williams (site supervisor), made sure to address those in a timely manner. I love my new home and I would recommend Sinacori homes.
