OUR LAND DEVELOPMENT PROCESS & OVERVIEW
Sinacori’s Development Team typically looks for land in the greater Charlotte area from Mooresville to Rock Hill and as far east as Locust. We have several past and present projects in both NC and SC. We will work on large tracts 200 + acres and we will work on small infill properties(Charlotte) as small as ½ acre but our typical project will create 200- 350 lots.
We acquire land and determine best use for each parcel and entitle and or rezone to that use. We are able to develop for other builders or sell off completely entitled. Our relationships with the government entities in and around the Charlotte market enable us to create the best use for each parcel.
